Details
- BC/BE Nephrology
- 4 1/2 day work week ( have one set afternoon off per week)
- Patient population is primarily nephrology with some Internal medicine but not PCP
- Monitor CKD all stages, ESRD
- Affiliated with 3-4 incenter Hemo programs and one PD/ home HD/PD program
- Includes specific kidney diagnosis, proteinuria, hypertension, hypertensive Kidney disease, Diabetic Kidney disease, Kidney malignancy, mineral or electrolyte imbalance, transplant history, etc.
- 2 Medical offices and 2 hospital affiliations
- New grads are welcome to apply
