• Board Certified/Eligible Neurosurgeon
• Active Missouri License or in process
• Joining 4 Neurosurgeons, each neurosurgeon is assigned an NP or PA 
• hospital-employed collegial environment
• M- Thursday 2 days in OR, 2 days in Outpatient clinic, Fridays are optional for administration and catch up 
• Call 1 in 4
