• Board Certified/Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
• Active Indiana License or in process
• Hospital Employed Practice
• Paid on Call  Duties 1:5 (less than 10 days a month) 
• Teaching opportunities with residents from nearby universities and Medical Schools 
• The excellent working relationship between Administration, Board of Directors and Medical Staff with half of Board seats held by physicians
