• Board Eligible or Board-certified in Hematology and Oncology
• Joining a well-established private practice with a team of 9 Hematology Oncologists and 5 AP's
• The call would be 1:10
• The physician does not come into the clinic during the week they are on call
• Base Salary guarantee plus RVU production 
• Partnership track after 2 years with buy-in 
• The practice can facilitate an H1b visa sponsorship
• New graduates are welcome to apply
