Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Family Practice in New Hampshire - * MD only, BE/BC * ASAP need, prefers Immediate Start, but ok to start by Mar. 1, 2024 at latest, ongoing assignment * Full-time only M-F, 8a-4p or 9a-5p * Ages seen: Newborn to geriatrics * IP/OP (min. 10-20 patients per day for well/sick visits) * Prefers someone with FQHC experience and with previous exp. treating Infectious Diseases - min 3 yrs exp in IP/OP Counseling * Additional duties to include: Reviewing medical records/history, lab reports, x-rays, regular case consultations with case mgrs & PCP's, blood tests, identifying and creating and implementing treatment plans for infectious diseases including medication, collaborate with medical case managers as a team member of Southern NH HIV/AIDS Task force * Full support staff * Prefers no T&L but might consider for the right candidate * Temp privileges available, credentialing in 20 days * EMR: Yes
