Performs therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care. Documenting/Charting patient information in line with current policies and procedures. * Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care. Communicates with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information. Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions. Refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate. * Follows established policies, procedures, objectives, and recommended referral practices. Orders diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests, and interpret test results for deviation from normal. Orientation and training of new practitioners when necessary. Supervision of midlevel practitioners when appropriate and abide by all associated rules and regulations. * 60 Day Credentialing

Probably 8a-8p or 8a-9p. Provider will act as a PRN and fill in where necessary. * Client will move their employed providers around to make this work without T&L. Will not consider IM comfortable seeing all ages unless they have a MedPed certification. * Type of work: 95% Urgent Care, 5% Occmed. *  Required to do telehealth in-clinic (as needed). * EMR: For Urgent Care - Epic. For Occmed – Agility. * PPD: 35-50. Provider should be open to seeing 35-40 PPD. * Certifications: BLS, DEA. DOT strongly preferred, but not required. Please send candidates with and without a DOT. * MUST be Board Certified. * Support Staff: 1 MA. 1 Physician. Might be the only provider some days. * Will NOT consider candidates with sanctions on their license.
