Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Emergency Medicine in South Carolina - South Carolina Hospital is seeking Locum ED Physicians to begin assisting with ED Coverage. Low Volume ED(0-19,9999)   Qualifications: Board Certified – Emergency Medicine Licensed – SC Medical, SC Controlled Substance, and DEA   Assignment Details: ED On Site Coverage needed Volumes average around 1.5 patients per hour. The ED is fairly new (built within the past few years) and has 19 ED beds, 2 Resuscitation Bays, and 3 Behavioral Health rooms ED Physicians MUST be comfortable with procedures, a high risk ED, and working alone. After 10 pm at night the ED Physician will be the only ED Physician on site until 7 am the next morning. Please also note that this assignment is at a rural facility, with General Surgery, Ortho, and Hospitalist backup Procedures include, but are not limited to: fracture reductions, central lines, art lines, managing ventilators, etc. Physician will also be required to cover all inpatient codes EMR System - EPIC
