As our Chief Medical Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide accessible, patient-centered care to individuals and families in Burlington. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the clinical services, providing leadership and guidance to the medical staff, and playing a key role in the strategic development of our organization. Compensation: * $275,000 guaranteed base salary * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans * $20,000 sign on * CME allowance * Relocation assistance available * Student loan forgiveness available through AHEC, NHSC, and PSLF.
